OFFICIAL RULES
These rules are a binding agreement between you and RedPearl.com. By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by these rules. There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion or to receive a payout.
How to Enter
To enter, visit the RedPearl.com website located at http://www.redpearl.com. Follow the on-screen directions to “Become a Member” and
fill out the registration form completely and accurately including e-mail, first name, last name, address, city, state, ZIP, and birth year. Previously registered members are eligible for the Promotion as long as their
membership information contains the required information and they meet the eligibility requirements. (Membership information may be updated in the My Membership Information area accessed from My RedPearl.)
Eligibility
To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older, be a legal resident of the United States and be able to provide proof of legal residency. Employees and their immediate families (defined as parents, children, siblings and spouse) of RedPearl.com are not eligible.
How to Participate
Registered members must complete at least 2 online reviews at RedPearl.com between July 21, 2008 and September 21, 2008 in order to receive a payout.
Payout for the first 2 reviews during the Promotion period is $10. The total payout will increase by $5 for each additional review up a maximum payout of $50 for 10 reviews or more.
You must be a registered member and signed in to RedPearl in order to complete a review. The review form can be reached by clicking "Rate a Site" from the menu bar, clicking “Rate” from any listing page, or clicking “Write your own review” from any site info page.
Only reviews that meet the RedPearl Review Guidelines and are approved by RedPearl will be eligible for payout under this Promotion.
About the Payout
Payouts are not transferable or assignable. Mailing of payments will begin in October, 2008. Payments will be mailed to the member address provided in the member’s account.
Members with incomplete mailing addresses in their accounts forfeit any payout under this promotion. RedPearl.com will not withhold taxes nor pay taxes on behalf of members.
Members agree to pay any and all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of payouts.
All online participation in this Promotion is governed by the Terms of Use for the RedPearl.com website. By entering this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these rules and conditions, and agree to release RedPearl from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion. All personal information obtained from entrants of this Promotion will be treated in accordance with the RedPearl Privacy Policy.
RedPearl is not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion. RedPearl reserves the right to cancel this Promotion at any time prior to the end of the stated Promotion period. RedPearl is not responsible for typographical errors in the website or these rules. All reviews become property of RedPearl and RedPearl may, without limitation, publish said reviews in any and all media, including print and on the Internet.
This Promotion is void where prohibited. This Promotion shall be governed by Washington state law, and participants in the Promotion hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of Washington courts (state and federal) for any claims or controversies arising out of the Promotion. Each Participant waives any and all objections to jurisdiction and venue as set forth immediately above. Promotion ends September 21, 2008.
