I like this site for selection and prices, but there are some frustrating aspects to shopping at TigerDirect.

The checkout process on this site changes depending on the path you follow. Strange that sometimes you can see the shipping options and other times you can’t. I had to press a button to see the shipping charges on the final submit screen.

If you want something delivered while you're at work-forget it. Signature is required on all deliveries.

When my order was shipped, TigerDirect sent me a notification e-mail. However, the link to my shipping status was not on the e-mail. I had to go to their website and log in. The whole process of trying to figure out where your order is totally convoluted. Had to click through 4 or 5 pages on their site before I finally got the tracking number.

Lastly, you better know what you want before you buy it. There are no returns unless the item is defective.
