I bought a nintendo flashcard recently and it is defective, so most likely they do not quality control check their inventory. I just filed for a return authorization, so don't know yet what difficulty they will give me, but overall I was able to call Hong Kong and get a live person, their website is well designed and merchandize prices are very reasonable. Shipping time is 5-10 days as indicated on their website.
