I ordered a product (shown to be available and in stock on their website) for my son in hopes it would be in time for Christmas. I ordered the product on 12/02/07, they took payment on 12/05/07. They claimed that a tracking number would be sent to me shortly. I kept checking back and as of 12/17/07 - still no tracking number, attempted to call them a few times and got a full voicemail box. Sent an email on 12/17/07 and suddenly instead of a response, I recieved three automated emails with a tracking number. I checked with UPS and it said "Shipped/Billed on: 12/04/07", status said "Billing information recieved". At this point I checked netkidswear's site and it showed the status of my shipment as "This order has been rejected". After another unsuccessful phone attempt, I emailed them and they responded with "We apologize that the product you ordered is no longer available. The warehouse made the label before they checked stock. Your credit card was credited in full.". Credit appeared on my statement 4 days later. It took weeks to get responses and after all that, I didn't get the product in time for x-mas!!! I highly recommend to shop elsewhere - it appears that this NETKIDSWEAR.COM is in way over their heads when it comes to internet sales.

In closing:
NETKIDSWEAR.COM's site doesn't get updated in a timely manner, NETKIDSWEAR.COM's warehouse doesn't check product availability before creating labels, NETKIDSWEAR.COM obviously doesn't check their
voicemails in a timely manner as the mailbox is ALWAYS full, NETKIDSWEAR's warehous and store do not
communicate to the customer in a timely manner. BUYER BEWARE!!
