This site sells magazines subscriptions; the magazine I ordered indicated 10 issues for the price. It turns out you only get 7 issues. After several calls the final outcome is that the customer service people blamed the publisher and there was nothing they could do to help. Also when I indicated that I would state this problem on a website that reviews customer service I was told they did not care because they have plenty of customers. I will certainly use other websites in the future.
