Had major problems within 10 days of buying a Sony camcorder, and despite buying the extended warranty, they gave me a hard time returning it.
After much hassle they gave me a return order number, but did not say it had an expiration. We had a small delay in returning the camera and they just sent it back and said "too bad". I recommend you stay way from this site.
