This site carries regular and professional size baking items. I assumed they were a small company and risked ordering just five days before I had to have it. To add additional stress, I requested USPS Priority, rather than pay for one or two day delivery. Not remembering that USPS does not log anything in to their tracking system until after it is delivered, (not the fault of Ultimate Baker) I became very nervous three days after my order was placed, seeing nothing on the USPS tracking site. When I emailed Ultimate Baker with my concern they not only emailed right back, they additionally took the time to follow up with a phone call to explain the USPS lack of visibility and to let me know that the order had been shipped on Monday (my order was placed on Sunday). Within moments, the shipment arrived at my front door (Thursday). The sense of urgency and service level for my small dollar order was very much appreciated. They have gained a long term customer.
