I ordered a product and when it never arrived I called ABT to find out why. They said that they needed to confirm the shipping address before they could ship it, but they made no effort to actually contact me to confirm the address. When I finally called and confirmed the address the product was out of stock and I had to wait an additional 2 weeks before I received the product. I will never shop at ABT again.
