I had a terrible experience with this company. The delivery service damaged our property and over one year later we still have not resolved this issue. I personally would never use them again, ever. Customer service at the corporate level was horrible and never could help to resolve the problem with thier contracted delivery service. Basically it is our problem to reslove with their delivery service.

It's nice to have such a wide selection at your fingertips. I like the arrangements and the vases they have to offer. Really nice gourment food baskets, too!

1-800-flowers' website is easy to use. I really like the "narrow your choices" tool--it makes it easy to find just the right selection.
