Don't ever order anything from the leapfrog site. They have horrible customer service and a horrible return policy. I was stuck on hold for about 1/2 hour and waited about another 1/2 hour for their computers to find my order -- then it still couldn't locate the info. I was looking for. This is a startling bad site.
