I like to shop at Nordstrom Rack and was happy to see that there are tons of closeouts on Nordstrom.com as well. Click on the "sale" tab on top and you can find new sale arrivals and items up to 70% off!

Nordstrom is great about taking returns on items. If you order online, you pay $5 to return something by mail, which is fair. Or you can return items to a store for no charge.

The only complaint I have about their website is this annoying pop-up ad that appears on every page.

I appreciate the good navigation on Nordstrom.com. I can find what I'm looking for quickly. I like the "Sort category by" feature that allows you to sort your results by price, brand, etc. $5 shipping is nice too.
