Mwave had the best price on a bluetooth headset I wanted. delivery was fine. no problems.

I needed a bluetooth headset and looked at several sites for a good product at a decent price. Both Mwave and Newegg had a ton of choices at really good prices. I read the customer reviews at both sites and decided to buy the Plantronics 520. It turns out that Mwave was about $2 cheaper (including shipping). I really like Newegg, but I had never purchased from Mwave so I gave them a shot.

I like the fact that Mwave sent me 3 emails after I placed my order. The first was a confirmation with the order details. The second arrived later the same day to tell me that the order was verified and sent to the warehouse for shipping. The third email arrived 2 days later (on a Monday) to tell me that the order was shipped and included the tracking number.

The item itself arrived when promised and was exactly what I expected. I can definitely recommend Mwave.com.
