I got free shipping but did not realize that this would take 10 days to ship and several more days to arrive! If I knew that I would have gone elsewhere.

I purchase more from Buy.com than any other on-line retailer. Always have great prices, including shipping; very user friendly website; delivery is always timely and well packaged; and the check-out process is fast and easy.

I have no opinion on their customer service, since I've never had to use them. The many, many products I have bought from Buy.com have always been the correct item and have always worked properly. I've never had a problem with any item I've bought from them.

We got a Xbox360 that was a rectified it last 24 hours and was returned for repair and was lost for a month by Buy.com repair center. We got it back and it was still not working and was told to get hold of Microsoft for any repairs. We did and sent it in and it was returned un-fixed as they said it was tampered with and was not repairable by them.

I called the support line and was told there was nothing that could be done so we have a $260 paper weight. We tried again and called the corporate office and talked to some about the problem and was told all the money would be returned and a mailing label was coming and we would send the Xbox back...

this was a week and a half ago and there has been no label, no refund of our money and no contact from buy.com.

We not have an Xbox that is not working and no one will service or take back and as i see it Buy.com never held to there side of the deal by giving us what we ordered and has lied to keep out of the news and from being reported as a company that is bad to buy from .
DO NOT SHOP THERE NO MATTER THE DEAL YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!!!

Buy.com has some smokin' deals on electronics. Not everything they have is cheap but you can find good prices in the "deals" section.

I sent 8 emails to Buy.com in regards to my order and didn't receive a response. I asked for someone to call me and no response. Delivery was long, and they substituted a product of lesser quality without my permission or their notification. Will never buy again from Buy.com. Customer service doesn't exist with this company.
