On the good side there are beautiful fabrics and blinds available from Smith & Noble. The customer service people are usually very well trained. They have a great policy for remaking or repairing blinds that break free of charge. Since their fabrics are so great, I've ordered fabric by the yard for sewing projects. On the not-so-great side, the website is very slow. We had some blinds arrive damaged due to poor packaging. Recently (2007) we had a blind break and they remade it for us for free -- including shipping.

Love their selection and the ability to customize products. Site can be very slow loading due to the number of fabric and materials choices available. They have a great lifetime warranty and will repair broken fixtures - I think they even covered shipping costs to return the item for repair.
