I shopped here for th first time ever this holiday season. I was able to buy things here that I have never seen in my local pet store. The shipping was quick too. The only dissapointment that I had was they did not tell me something was unavailable. I found out when i recieved the order, minus the unavailable item. If I had known this, I would have ordered a different item.

I've placed around 7 orders from this website. Once I ordered a heated cat mat and realized that it was too big once I received it. They took it back no questions asked and shipped the smaller version. My cats like it when I shop here. :-)
