I have purchased products from Potterybarn.com for several years now. Not only do I love pottery barn products, but I am always pleased with the way the customer service is and their shipping process and the ontime delivery. It seems that the products are always shipped on time and I am able to track the shipment very clearly and easily. The product always arrives on time every time I order. The website has great pictures and detailed information on dimensions of products. There has been no surprises when I open up the package from what I saw on the website. The quality of Pottery Barn products are very good. I definitely recommend potterybarn.com for a good online purchase experience.

After ordering online from Pottery Barn for several years, I've come to expect great things. The website is easy to use with good photos and product details. The customer service staff are very friendly and helpful. I've also been impressed with the careful packaging of the products so that they arrive safely.
