Had to wait 3 weeks to get a standard plain men's platinum ring. Good price, though.

I was offended with how I was treaded by Zales customer support. They lied to me repeatedly and ended returning my ring to me after they were suppose to re-size it, since it was their fault of shipping a wrong size. Now they will not return my phone calls or emails. Definitely pass on purchasing anything from Zales.
