Wine.com has some of the best wines. I bought some Spanish wines and really enjoyed them. They have the option of a bag or box gift-wrap for $4 or $5, which is nice.
Keep in mind that you have to sign for the wine so you have to be home to receive the package. I just had the wine shipped to work so I could sign for it there.

While you can't ship wine to Minnesota, there are ton of wine accessories that you can buy here. They also sell some great chocolate and food baskets!
