I use Staples all the time. The website is great and it's nice to have the option to have it shipped to the store so I can just pick it up there.
This last time, I ordered a UPS for my computer and had it shipped to my house. Good a great price and the package was ontime and undamaged.

Staples site is pretty user friendly. They also have great customer service when you call in with any questions.
