Customer support can be found easily at the bottom of the page. They even have credit card rewards for an incentive.
Orders can be easily tracked through a click on the status.
Donations to their sponsored sites are accessible at the bottom of the page. This is an added plus for those who want to make donations to their cause. Best Buy in this respect has the right idea. Happy Holidays!

I like the variety of items and prices at Best Buy, but the customer service is hit and miss. I ordered a monitor online and then called to cancel later that day. They said it already shipped out of the warehouse but that they could put a stop on the shipment. However, the monitor arrived at my house a few days later. I refused shipment on the monitor and thought I was done. When I had not received a credit back for the purchase after 2 weeks, I had to call them to get my money back.
