Best Buy has a ton of electronics at pretty good prices. While the customer service is not great, I was able to return an item I didn't like.

I like the variety of items and prices at Best Buy, but the customer service is hit and miss. I ordered a monitor online and then called to cancel later that day. They said it already shipped out of the warehouse but that they could put a stop on the shipment. However, the monitor arrived at my house a few days later. I refused shipment on the monitor and thought I was done. When I had not received a credit back for the purchase after 2 weeks, I had to call them to get my money back.
