You cannot return hardware to Dell unless it is opened and no more than 21 days have passed. Make sure you know what you want before you buy.

The nice thing about Dell has always been the ability to customize your order. These days, Dell has several models and configurations already prepackaged for you to choose, but even with that you can still select a processor, an operating system, memory, drives, monitor, video card, sound card, physics accelerator (for gaming), keyboard, mouse, speakers, and software. They can totally customize and have your machine to you in a week.

If you don't want to build it yourself, but you want the ability to choose your components, go to Dell.
