Rated 6 out of 10 - inventory issues

Love the Vitacost website but seems like everytime I try to order they are out of stock. Or they say they are in stock and it's not. If it is out of stock, it can take much longer than they claim it will. Good prices but don't order unless you can afford to wait.

Rated 8 out of 10 - great prices

I ordered several vitamins and supplements from Vitacost recently and was impressed with the selection and the prices. All items arrived together and were well packaged to prevent damage.
One thing I did not like is that they offer you a "free" Prevention magazine but then they add $5 to your shipping charge. I find that a little deceiving.
The other thing I noticed when exploring the site is that they do not tell what their return policy is. They simply state that items "may be returned by Customer in accordance with Vitacost.com, Inc.'s "5 STAR GUARANTEE" in effect on the date of the invoice." I find this totally unacceptable. The return policy should always be clearly stated on the website.
